Get rid of dry, sensitive skin - Use body wash daily

Do you know the largest organ of human body is? Is you are right; the skin. Our skin can protect our internal organism from the bad elements like UV rays, dirt, sweat, virus and fungus. We should take care of our skin like other body parts as it cares for us. After reaching 40 plus years of age, it becomes essential to take care of our skin on a regular basis; otherwise we couldn’t prevent dark circles, fine lines, wrinkles on our face. By following a scientific skin care regimen, we will overcome the anti aging problem and other problem on the skin.

Body wash
is the best way to clear our body, face and the entire skin from dirt, grease, sweat and other factors. Body wash gives us a feeling of freshness and relaxation. There are quite a few types of popular body washing products currently available in the skincare market, which we can use on a daily basis to keep ourselves clean and healthy. Like cleansing milk, toner, facial scrubs, masks etc. Earlier we used bar of soap for cleaning ourselves. But it is not the best nor the scientific way to clean dirt, oil from the skin.

Sometime harsh and alkaline soap create irritation, if you have sensitive type skin. Where as body wash contains moisturizer, Hydrating agents and other organic skincare substances, which is gentler on the sensitive skin. On the other hand, simply rinsing with water is not enough to clear the dirt from the skin, because dirt is not soluble in water fully.  Only good quality body wash can remove the dirt from the skin completely. The fat soluble part of the body wash can dissolve the dirt on the skin and the water soluble part of the body wash or hydrophilic washes it away from the skin.


Choose the right body wash as per the skin type:

For oily and normal skin – Excess oil, grease can lead to the appearance of black heads, pimples.  Milk cream based body wash or mild cleanser is good for oily skin. Soaps are good to use at removing oil. Using it daily basis, you will notice the improvement as pimples, excess oil  and dead cells are removed totally. 
For dry skin – Uses of soap may be too harsh for that type of skin.  The body wash or cleanser of the dry skin should has moisturizing agents in it. These ingredients like lactic acid, vitamin E gently clean the face and hydrate it. The cleanser for dry skin has the property to hold the moisture so that the skin remains moist over long time.


One such product is Hydrating Spray Cleanser, which good for the dry skin. This no-rinse gentle body wash is designed for the dry skin.

For sensitive skin – This type of skin can create problem for people to decide which body wash to use. It is sensitive to many allergens, UV rays, chemical and irritants. Presence of alpha hydroxyl acid, perfumes, coloring agents in the body wash or cleanser can create irritation to the sensitive skin. So, these types of irritating agents should be avoided by the women or men of sensitive skin type.

Natural skin cream - The answer to creating younger looking skin

Many of us are facing dry skin problem during winter and dry season. Dry and cracked lips, heels and elbows embarrassed us to wear fashionable dresses, sandals. Dry skin is not only irritating; it can create red patches, sore and aching sensation. Experts say dry skin or loss of moisture is common to the many women. It may be hormonal problem or deficiency of nutrients in our daily food. Sudden temperature fluctuation, sun damage and aging are also big factors for drying skin.


Use natural skin cream or moisturizing cream as moisturizer: A good quality moisturizer cream, lip balm, which have moisture holding properties, can help the dry skin and reduce loss of moisture, wrinkles and dark circle. Use of daily moisturizer cream helps us to defend our skin cells against dryness, sunlight UVA/UVB and heat. It also reduces the signs of early aging. A good moisturizer doesn't only hydrate the skin but also help us get healthier and younger looking skin.


How do you protect your dry skin: Some tips -
  1. Always use Phytoplex type nourishing natural skin cream, enriched with Phytoplex and other botanicals, when go outdoors. It protects our skin cells from free radical damage. These types of cream prevent moisture loss as much as possible and act as a barrier against UVA/UVB rays.
  2. Don’t use alcohols base natural skin cream or moisturizer.
